Pujya Swami ji is a great exponent of various meditation techniques and shares His knowledge with the seekers via multiple meditation sessions. Mediation sessions also form a very integral part of the Sadhna Satsangs (spiritual workshops) conducted by Him. His method of teaching meditation is quite unique as it combines the recital of Thy name with various traditional techniques. The sessions often start with the seeker attaining perfect physical stability in a completely silent atmosphere. From thereon, he starts off with different techniques to hold and monitor his breath. He is encouraged to remember his past sins and ask for forgiveness from the ones he sinned.
As he moves ahead with the session he experiences a wide gambit of emotions from laughing to crying, all of which are to be let out. The divine name of Ram and Om are chanted intermittently as the seeker tries to purify his inner self. This technique of Catharsis called Bhaav Rechan leads to the purification of the inner self by the release of suppressed emotions in the presence of divine chants of the Thy name. At the end sessions, seekers are said to be extremely light and feel as if they have been relieved from a huge burden.
