About Shri Ganesh Purana
Ganesha Purana is a famous upapurana (minor Purana) of Hinduism that relates to the philosophy and teachings of Lord Ganesha. Written in Sanskrit, this scripture presents Lord Ganesha as a union of Saguna (with attributes) and Nirguna (without attributes). Ganesha Purana also embodies a section on Ganesha Geeta which is modeled on Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta but considers Lord Ganesha as the highest power. It has details on the different avatars (incarnations) of the Lord, hence is considered the ultimate scripture by worshippers of Lord Ganesha.
